Our Catholic Identity

Our Catholic Identity

St. Mary’s Catholic School is committed to guiding students to form an authentic relationship with God while achieving academic excellence to live as faithful disciples of Christ. We worship through Liturgy, daily prayer, the Sacraments and seasonal celebrations.  Service is an important aspect of our faith community.  Through service opportunities, social justice needs are addressed not only in our school and community, but in the world as well. Teachers catechize students directly and support parents in their role as primary teachers of faith. Our preK-12 grade curriculum includes age appropriate academic standards that guide teachers in their instructional practices. These practices include differentiated instruction for students to meet their varying needs.

Strong support from St. Mary’s parishioners, alumni, and parents is key to our success.  The strengths of St. Mary’s Catholic School are a faith-based education, small class sizes, family friendly atmosphere, a dedicated staff, high academic standards, and high behavior expectations in an atmosphere that supports, encourages and instills a spirit of faith and service. One hundred percent of our students graduate and upon graduation, nearly 100% attend institutions of higher learning.
