The Sleepy Eye United boys and girls team had an amazing showing at the 2026 Section 2A meet that was held at North Links Golf Course in North Mankato. The Sleepy Eye United boys captured the Section 2A Championship, while the girls earned Section 2A Runner-Up honors.
Congratulations to the St. Mary’s students that are part of these teams and are advancing to the State Golf Meet at Pebble Creek Golf Cours in Becker on June 8 and 9, 2026. Nolan paced the boys team as the individual Section 2A Champion. Isaac finished 4th overall, and Eli placed 15th. On the girls side, Kiara turned in an outstanding performance as she finished 5th overall. We are proud of these talented student-athletes and their coaches, Bryant Mages and Kaleb Walter, for their dedication and leadership throughout the season.
